  1. 2 cupsoat
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. Sugar
  4. Milk
  5. Ripe plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour water in a small pot or pan containing the oat, then stir. Bring the mixture to boil and cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
    Bring down from heat and add sugar
    Serve in a plate then pour milk on top

  2. 2

    Fry the plantain and serve together with oat
