Wash noodle with room temperature tab water. Careful and make sure the noodle is not breaking into small pieces and put aside

Heat the pan with low heat and fry the garlics until golden brown color

And chilli paste, fry and stir to avoid overcooked. Add soy sauce into it, mix and stir at low heat for a minute

Add fish cakes and mixed them well until cooked. Add fish sauce at this time

Add the noodle and mix well. Control the heat and make sure, the noodles not breaking apart.(Keep the noodle 🍜 long in size).Scoop from the bottom to the top using large spatula. Mix them well

Add vegetables, prawns to this step. Increase heat for 1 minute and turn off the gas immediately. Let the heat from the pan cooks the rest of ingredients. Add water to adjust consistency of noodle.

Add vinegar

and some fresh large 🌶️ - 9
Mix all ingredients. Let them sit and corporated well.

Best serve with fresh chillis/ green chilli pickle and a lime
