Beetroot Uttapam

Take a Suji in a bowl, add Yoghurt, salt and water, mix and cover the bowl and keep aside for 15 Minutes to ferment.

Mix Greatd Beetroot, soda and lemon juice and mix it well.

Heat a non-stick pan and make 1/4 cup thick round and sprinkle onion, radish, tomato, peas, coriander and green chillies evenly on it.

Now turn over the heat and roast until the other side turns light brown. So, Beetroot Uttapam is ready to serve.
