Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspGhee
  2. 50 gmVermicelli
  3. 50 gmSago
  4. 500 mlMilk
  5. 15 nosCashew nuts
  6. 15 nosRaisins
  7. 200 mlWater
  8. 150 gmSugar
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add sago and water cook in medium flame 15 minutes. And then add boiled milk.

    In a pan add ghee cashew nuts, raisins and vermicelli cook 2 minutes and then add into the milk. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Payasam ready to serve.
