Sift your flour and put in a bowl. Add the milk, yeast, sugar, salt and flavor. Mix all these together.

Add water in small quantities and mix till the batter is smooth but not too watery.

Cover and leave to rise until it doubles its size. Mix to deflate the air bubbles.

Heat up oil, when it's hot enough, scoop some batter into the oil with your hand. Fry both sides on medium heat until golden brown.

When both sides are golden, take out the puff puff balls and place in a sieve. Serve and enjoy.
