Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 1 tbsp○Sake
  3. 1 tbsp○Soy sauce
  4. 5to 6 shakes Salt and pepper
  5. 1 mediumOnion
  6. 1 mediumCarrot
  7. 1 bunchChinese chives
  8. Vegetables of your choice
  9. 3 tbsp●Mayonnaise
  10. 1 tsp●Gochujang
  11. 1 tbsp●Sake
  12. 1 tbsp●Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-flavor the thinly sliced pork with the ○ ingredients.

    Julienne the carrot, cut the onion into wedges, and chop up the Chinese chives into easy to eat pieces.

    Stir fry the pork. In the meantime, combine the ● ingredients to make the sauce.

  4. 4

    When the pork is almost cooked, add all vegetables except the chives and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.

    Just before everything is cooked, add the chives and sauce and mix. Taste and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce if needed.
