I love mayonnaise, so I tried to create a dish using soy sauce which goes well with cooked rice. It's delicious!

You have to mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in advance.
Thinly-sliced pork loin might be hard, so it's better to use pork leg or the thinly-sliced pork belly. For 2 servings. Recipe by Renmama

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1pack King oyster mushrooms
  2. 200 gramsPork (sliced pork leg or sliced pork belly)
  3. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  4. 1 dashBlack pepper
  5. 2and 1/2 tablespoons ● Mayonnaise
  6. 1and 1/2 teaspoons ● Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the king oyster mushrooms into suitable sizes. Cut the pork if it's big.

    Mix all the ● ingredients.

  3. 3

    Put 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise instead of oil into a frying pan and cook the pork.

  4. 4

    When the meat is nearly 80% cooked, add the king oyster mushrooms and sprinkle with black pepper.

  5. 5

    Pour the sauce from Step 2 and keep cooking. Once the sauce has completely mixed in with the ingredients, it is done. Add the mayonnaise and parsley for topping if you want.
