Stir-Fried Pork and King Oyster Mushroom With Mayonaise and Soy Sauce

I love mayonnaise, so I tried to create a dish using soy sauce which goes well with cooked rice. It's delicious!
You have to mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in advance.
Thinly-sliced pork loin might be hard, so it's better to use pork leg or the thinly-sliced pork belly. For 2 servings. Recipe by Renmama

Steps
- 1
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into suitable sizes. Cut the pork if it's big.
- 2
Mix all the ● ingredients.
- 3
Put 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise instead of oil into a frying pan and cook the pork.
- 4
When the meat is nearly 80% cooked, add the king oyster mushrooms and sprinkle with black pepper.
- 5
Pour the sauce from Step 2 and keep cooking. Once the sauce has completely mixed in with the ingredients, it is done. Add the mayonnaise and parsley for topping if you want.
