Rice ko boil karnay rakhen salt aur 2 tbsp oil daal Ke bus.

Sath sath biryani ka masala bana lein, sub ingredients ko sath rakhen nikal ke. Aloo fry kar lein ya boil magar thore kache hon.

Pot mein oil dalen, ginger garlic paste dalen aur fry karen 2mins, phir chicken dalen aur bhun lein for few mins ab 2glass pani add karen aur cook on high flame, aur sath red chilli powder, haldi salt, dhania powder, zeera powder, dalen. Sabut garam masalay bhi add karen aur aloo bhi dal dein, timater dalen jab chicken ka colour change ho jae Flame off karein dein. Masalay mein pani hona chahye.

Aik bowl mein brown pyaz, aloo bukharay, Podina, garam masala powder aur green chillies mix karen achi tarha aur chicken qorma pe spread karen.

1 tbsp Orange food colour ko spoon se sprinkle kar dein masala Ke uper (pani mein nahi dissolve karen) phir kewrah water dalen aur flame on kar dein high.

Is stage pe Rice half done ho jae to strainer se adhay rice nikal lein aur masalay ke uper dalen, phir baqi rice ko paknay dein, jab aik kanni reh jae to nikal lein aur chan ke uper teh laga dein. Pot ko cover kar dein. Flame te, the rakhen for 6_10 mins

Phir dhakan hata ke cook karen 5-8 mins, phir 2-3 tbsp oil dalen uper biryani jae aur dum laga dein foran.

Jab achi tarha steam uper aa jae to biryani ready hay. Foran na kholen. Bohat tasty and easy biryani without packet masala bante hay degi style ki.

Serve karen fresh salad aur raita ke sath.
