    अंडे को एक बाउल में तोड़ ले।पालक,धनिया पत्ता, हल्दी, हरी मिर्च, काली मिर्च,नमक,काला नमक, डाल कर बिटर से फेंट ले।

    गैस पर तवा गरम होने रखे।तेल डाल कर तवे को ग्रीस करे।एक बड़ा चम्मच फेंटा हुआ अंडा डाले एक ब्रेड की स्लाइस अंडे के बीच में रखे।ब्रेड के ऊपर तेल फैलाए।

    अंडे के किनारों को ब्रेड के ऊपर फोल्ड करे।फोल्ड करने के बाद ब्रेड के बचे हुए हिस्से पर पर थोड़ा अंडा फैलाए ।

    इसे उलट पलट कर दोनो साइड से सेंके।गरम गरम सॉस या चटनी के सात परोसे।
