Steps

Prepare Hari Chutney:
In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chillies,garlic,cumin seeds,salt,citric acid, lemon juice,yogurt,blend well & set aside. - 2
Prepare Daal Kabab:
In a saucepan,add split bengal gram,water,button red chillies,black cardamom,cinnamon stick,salt, cumin seeds,garam masala powder,clove powder,garlic,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (25-30 minutes). - 3
Discard black cardamom & cinnamon stick.

In a chopper,add boiled lentil mixture & chop well.

In a bowl add lentil mixture,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,rice flour & mix well.

With the help of wet hands,take a small quantity of mixture (50g) & make kababs of equal sizes (makes 10-12).
(Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer) - 7
In a bowl,add eggs,salt & whisk well.

Prepare coleslaw...
In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, sugar, black pepper mix well & set aside. - 9
Heat griddle,add clarified butter & let it melt.

Daal kabab coat in whisked egg & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden.

On same griddle,add clarified butter & let it melt,cut bun from the middle & toast bun from both sides.

On one side of bun,add & spread prepared hari chutney,tomato ketchup.

Add daal kabab, coleslaw,onion rings,chaat masala, & cover with top bun to make a bun kabab.

Add clarified butter & toast bun kabab from both sides.

Cut in half & serve with prepared green chutney & tomato ketchup!
