Hard-boil the eggs when they start to boil, time them 10 minutes boiling time to get hard boiled eggs. I boiled 4 but one when peeled turned out an ugly peel with the shell sticking. After peeling dice the eggs. Add to the peas. Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and thyme spices.
