4 pieceslotus root
100 gslice pork
1carrots, cubes
Halftsp salt
Halfcup mung beans
5 piecesdried squid

Steps

Boil water in a pot then blanch the pork. And wash again.

Put all the ingredients in a pot. Pour water until the rim.

Boil it in high heat for 10 mins. Then reduce heat in small flame and simmer for an hour.

Keep in a thermo pot. Until ready to drink.
