Ingredients

  • एक कप चने सफेद
  • एक प्याज का पेस्ट
  • एक टमाटर का पेस्ट
  • 4हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
  • 1टेबलस्पून अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 1टी स्पून जीरा
  • 1टीस्पून धनिया पाउडर
  • आधा टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • नमक स्वाद अनुसार
  • जरूरत अनुसार तेल
  • भटूरे बनाने के लिए
  • दो कप मैदा
  • एक चौथाई कप दही
  • 1टी स्पून चीनी
  • आधा टीस्पून नमक
  • 1टेबलस्पून तेल
  • भटूरे फ्राई करने के लिए तेल

Steps

    सबसे पहले चने को रात को भिगोकर रख दें

    चने को थोड़ा सा नमक और थोड़ा सा तेल डालकर उबालने

    कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके जीरा डालकर चटकाए अब इसमें प्याज अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डालकर पकाएं ब्राउन होने पर टमाटर का पेस्ट डाल दे सभी पाउडर मसाले और जरूरत अनुसार नमक डालकर तेल तक पकाएं

    अब इसमें चने डालकर मिक्स करें थोड़ी देर पकाकर आपके छोले तैयार हैं अब हम भटूरे का आटा लगाते हैं

    मैदा में नमक दही तेल डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर ले मुलायम गोंदकर तेल
    लगाकर 2 घंटे के लिए ढककर रख दें

    एक कढ़ाई में तेल गर्म करके बराबर लोहिया बनाकर भटूरे बेले और फ्राईकर ले
