Assemble ingredients

In mixer grinder add washed grapes + 2-3 tbsp water and blend it, sieve to discard pulp / peel.

Extracted juice.

Transfer the extracted juice to blender jar, add curd + Rock salt and blend it well.
Milk can be added as per desired consistency. - 5
Lassi is done.

A super coolant to serve during Holi.
