Wanting something different for breakfast I decided to put things together that sounded good. Let's see how this goes ...

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pitas on a cookie sheet.

Spread 1 Tablespoon salsa con queso on each pita evenly. (Add more if you like)

Sprinkle diced onions, peppers, ham, and scrambled eggs evenly on each pita.

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the pitas.

Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes, or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.

Serve with salsa, extra cheese, hot sauce, or dipping sauce of your choice. Can slice, or enjoy whole.
