Ingredients

1 hour

1chopped onion
1chopped bell pepper
1 cupchopped celery
3toes garlic
1/4 cupmelted butter
1 cancream of celery soup
1 cancream of cheddar cheese soup
1/3 cupparsley
1 cupchopped green onions
2 tspTabasco sauce
2 slicestoast crumbled
3/4 tsppepper
1 tspsalt
3 cupscooked rice
3 cupscooked crawfish tails
Bread crumbs

Steps

1 hour

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and mix well

Put into baking dish and sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
