I needed something easy to bake for a quick breakfast. These bagel bites are not only easy, but seriously tasty.
Steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and gather the ingredients.

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Add the Greek yogurt and stir together until combined. It takes a few minutes to incorporate the dry ingredients into the yogurt, so be patient.

Knead the dough approximately 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into eight equal balls. For me, the entire dough weighed 346 g. So I divided the dough into 4 balls of 54 g and 4 balls of 55 g

Roll each ball into a circle and put cream cheese in the middle.

Close up each circle around the cream cheese and place on the baking pan.

Brush egg wash on the top and sides of each ball. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 25 minutes.
