1 tbspRed chilli powder
2 tbspCoriander powder
1/4 tbspTurmeric powder
1/4 teaspoongaram masala
2 tbspCoriander leaves

Take a pan and add some oil.

Add potato, cauliflower, salt, and turmeric mix it, well cover, and cook for 10 min. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Ready to serve with roti or rice.
