'What a beautiful name,' I replied with a smile, as I handed him the balloons—. 'Like the constellation: the infallible giant hunter. He was so good that the goddess of the hunt, jealous of him, sent a scorpion to kill him,' I explained, closing the car—. A bit sad, he told me that people usually compared him to the Ford. Holding his hand, I told him I didn't know any Ford by that name, and that whoever said it again should be asked if they could tell such stories about their name.
By mid-afternoon, while painting the last girl's face, I asked her name. 'Vega,' she replied, blushing—. 'What a beauty, like one of the brightest stars in the sky,' I responded—. She, even redder, told me she was named after the Virgin De la Vega; that she wasn't a star. 'Yes, you are,' I said while showing her the information on the phone—. Excited and promising to look for it in the sky, she asked for my name. 'Arianne,' I said— almost like the rocket, maybe that's why I'm sometimes just a little bit of a firecracker.

Ingredients

1 Bundt cake
  1. 3Free-range eggs
  2. 1Orange (zest and juice)
  3. 1Plain yogurt (125 g)
  4. 3Yogurt measures of all-purpose flour
  5. 2 Tablespoonshomemade honey (or 2 yogurt measures of sugar)
  6. 1Yogurt measure of extra virgin olive oil
  7. 16 gBaking powder
  8. Vanilla frosting:
  9. 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  10. 3 1/2 ozcream cheese (like Philadelphia)
  11. 2 Packetsvanilla sugar
  12. 2 Tablespoonspowdered sugar
  13. Sultana and golden raisins (for decoration)

Cooking Instructions

    While preheating the air fryer, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour the mixture into the mold, previously sprayed with non-stick spray, and set to 356°F (180°C) for 12 minutes. Without opening, after those minutes, set to 320°F (160°C) for 18 minutes. Carefully remove from the mold to avoid burns.

    Once cool, cut it in half lengthwise.

    Meanwhile, make the frosting: in a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar, and in another, whip the heavy cream with an electric whisk. Gently fold the two mixtures together and place in a piping bag. Fill the bundt cake and decorate on top, adding the raisins.
