Ingredients

  • 4-5Potatoes
  • Bread slices as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil to fry
  • 3Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspChicken powder
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspWhite pepper

Steps

    Boil,peel and mashed potatoes.

    Mix in all the spices.

    Remove the crust from slices.

    Spread potato mixture on half of the slices.

    Cover with remaining slices to make sandwich.

    Cut each sandwich into 4 squares/4 triangles.

    Dip in egg.

    Roll in crumbs.

    Freeze for 20 minutes to set.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Shallow fry sandwiches till light golden.
