  • 400 gTofu
  • 2 tbspHoisin sauce
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 2 clovesGarlic
  • 2 tbspCoconut oil
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1 pinchwhite sesame
  • 1little bit of spring onions
  • Ketjap manis and/or black soy sauce as you wish

  1. 1

    Fry garlic in coconut oil

  2. 2

    Fry tofu and add the sesame oil

  3. 3

    Put hoisin sauce and black soy sauce in the pan and stir fry

  4. 4

    Ready to be served. Sprinkle some spring onion and white sesame on top
