Take a bowl, add vrat mix flour which includes sabuna, samak chawal, shingada, rajgira, kuttu.

Add grated potato along with sendha salt, black pepper powder, curd, ginger chilli paste, jeera, curd, crushed peanutes and chopped coriander. Mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Now add water as required to make semi thick constituency to make chilla or roasti. Again keep aside for more 5 minutes.

Heat a pan, apply a little oil. Pour a ladle ful of chilla batter on pan. Apply oil on sides, cook on slow flame. Cover a lid. When turns crispy and in golden brown colour, flip to other side, apply oil, cover a lid, cook till turns crispy and in golden brown colour.

Ready to serve with chutney / curd / farali sabzi of your choice.
