Marinate chicken 🐔: in a bowl 🥣 add chicken pieces 🍗, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, turmeric powder, salt 🧂, lemon juice 🍋, coriander & cumin powder,oil and mix well, keep it for 30 mins.

Heat oil in a large pan, once the oil is heated, add marinate chicken pieces 🍗, arrange them in single layer, fry for 4 mins on each side, remove fried chicken 🐔 to a plate, line with a paper napkin & set aside.

For curry: in a same remaining oil, add ghee when heated, add finely chopped onions 🧅 & a pinch of salt 🧂 saute until onions 🧅 turn to golden brown, add ginger garlic paste 🧄 saute too for a few mins, add fresh tomato puree 🍅 and cook till oil comes out.

Add spices, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder mix well, cook spices for 1 min, add whisked yogurt and mix well, cook until oil starts to separate on top & sides, add 1/2 cup water 💦 and whole garlic knots 🧄add 1 cup water 💦, Let it boil.

Add fried chicken pieces 🍗 cook for 20 mins mix well, check garlic knots if tender, remove from heat, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, serve hot.

Serve with rice, indian flat bread(' phulka'), naan.
