Add 500g or 4cups of water to a pot

Wash rice and drain

Now,bring water to boil

Add rice

Cover and cook,once it boils,remove from heat and drain

Once temperature drops,pour into a big bowl,pour water into it,stir,you will notice some starch or white colour in water

Now,drain,repeat process till water comes out clean

Drain

Add 3cups)375g) of water to a pot,add salt,bring to boil,add rice,cook till soft,you may drizzle lil more water to get desired texture

Remove from heat,as water dries completely,enjoy with sauce of choice
