Gluten and Dairy free Chicken Noodle Soup!

Very good soup. I've been making it like this for a long time. Enjoy. If you like spinach or escarole you can always add some in yummm.

I was in really bad pain one day went to the hospital and found out it was my gallbladder. I had to many stones and it had to be removed. So while I was waiting for my surgery I couldn't really eat anything and I didn't like the can soup so I decided to make my own.

I came up with this due to my husband and household all coming down with the flu. I've always been told chicken soup was the feel good food for when you're sick. This is what I came up with.
