Ingredients

1 serving

1/4 smallTurnip
1 tbspSemi-dried young sardines (jyako)
5 gramsButter
1 dashGreen onions or scallions
1 dashSalt and pepper

Steps

Cut the turnips into half moons.

Melt the butter and sauté the turnips.
3

Add in the small fish once the turnips have lightly cooked through. Sprinkle it with shio-konbu and garnish with green onions.

Add it to the bento after it has cooled.
