Boil arbi with a glass of water.

Remove its cover.

Take pan,add mustard oil,till heated low its flame add ajwain or carrom seeds and chopped green chillies, in 3seconds it becomes brown then add arbi on it then add all basic spices like turmeric, red pepper powder, coriander, and salt. Mix well. Then cover with lid,and medium its flame 🔥.

After a short interval of time stir it.Repeat this stirring in a short intervals of time.

Then off flame 🔥 and, now garnishing with chopped green coriander☘. ENJOY WITH
BOONDI KA Raita, 😉😍😋
