Buying Otafuku sauce (a popular brand of okonomiyaku sauce) is expensive when living overseas, so I make okonomiyaki sauce myself.

This sauce is a bit sweet, so for those of you who don't like that, reduce the amount of honey.
If you add too much oyster sauce, then it will turn out different from the intended okonomiyaki/takoyaki sauce, so make sure not to add too much. For 1 large okonomiyaki, or 2 small. Recipe by noritarou
