I heard on a TV show that if you mix milk and soy milk, you absorb more calcium.

  1. 250 mlSoy milk
  2. 250 ml★Milk
  3. 4 tbsp★Cocoa powder
  4. 50 grams★Sugar
  5. 10 gramsGelatin

    Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (not listed).

    Put the ★ ingredients and gelatin into a heatproof container and cover in plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.

    Stir the mixture and add the soy milk. Set the container in ice-cold water to cool. Stir the mixture until it thickens, then the cocoa powder will not settle to the bottom.

    Pour into cups and chill in the fridge.
