Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (not listed).

Put the ★ ingredients and gelatin into a heatproof container and cover in plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.

Stir the mixture and add the soy milk. Set the container in ice-cold water to cool. Stir the mixture until it thickens, then the cocoa powder will not settle to the bottom.
