This recipe originally came from leftover curry chicken from the day before. I didn't have enough to make a full dish 😏 so I decided to turn it into an appetizer 😁 and it's super tasty and quick to make.

This recipe originally came from leftover curry chicken from the day before. I didn't have enough to make a full dish 😏 so I decided to turn it into an appetizer 😁 and it's super tasty and quick to make.

In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the diced bell peppers, onion, and chicken. Season to taste. Once browned, add the cream and Laughing Cow cheese portions, melt everything together, and set aside to cool.

Preheat the oven to 410°F (convection).

Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut them as shown in the video.

Fill your triangles with Boursin®️, then a slice of American cheese, chicken, and shredded cheese (as shown in the video).

Roll the triangles into croissants 🥐, glaze with the egg yolk and milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20 minutes at 410°F. It's ready, enjoy 😋
