Steps

Take maida or wheat fine flour, sooji or semolina and add salt 🧂 ajwain or carrom seeds or bishops seeds in it.

Amount of semolina or sooji used is 50% in this mixture equal to the amount of maida used. This gives crispy taste to it 😋👌👍

Add cooking oil 2 table spoon in it.
TIP - COOKING OIL is in sufficient in flour, check it by making fist 👊 ✊ 🤛 🤜 from flour 🤣😅😂🤩🤩 - 4
Add water 💧 and make dough.

FOR SAANKE - take big piece of dough on rolling board and spread by rolling pin.

Cut with th help of knife 🔪

FOR MATHRI - take small piece of dough and make small and thick spread on rolling board. I.e 2 times rolling pin used over it.

FOR MATHRI - 2 types can be made
Having Small cuts by knife 🔪 and

FRYING - Both SAANKE AND MATHRI ON PREHEATED COOKING OIL (NOT MUSTARD).
