Take all the needed ingredients.

Mix curd and besan flour,without lumps.

Add 3-4cup of water. Make it as a lumpsfree batter.

In a stove,heat the pan,add oil, then add cinnamon stick, cumin,fennel seeds,ginger and saute. Then add green chilli and turmeric,chilli powder,give a gentle mix.

Then pour the curd besan mix and mix them well.add salt. let's boil.

Stir occasionally. Add 1spoon coriander leaves,when it boils. It gives nice aroma to the curry.

Boil around 15-20 minutes,until raw smell goes off. Once the curry gets thickens,check salt level and switch of the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves.

That's all. Easy and tasty Dahi curry is ready.
