Ingredients

  1. 1melon
  2. 2 tspsaffron cardamom syrup
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. as neededSome chopped melon
  5. 1 pinchblack salt /as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the melon well, cut it in the middle and take out its seeds. Remove melon with a spoon. Now put melon pieces, sugar, saffron cardamom syrup,black salt in a mixer jar and grind it smooth

    Cool the melon juice by keeping it in the fridge.

    Serve by adding melon pieces in cold melon juice.
