  • 500 gmbasmati chawal
  • 2big carrots
  • 1 capsicum
  • 7-8 garlic chopped
  • 10-15 beans
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 table spoon msg
  • 3 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 5 tablespoon vinegar
  • 7 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 cup oil

    Heat the oil and fry the carrots and beans with some salt.

    Add chopped garlic and capsicum and black pepper… fry it till the vegetables turned soft.

    Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, sugar, msg mix well and add the 80% boiled rice and fry it 10-15 mins..
