Aloo Tikki Chaat is a scrumptious chaat recipe is a combination of spicy, savory, sweet, sour, and creamy. It's divine.

Aloo Tikki Chaat is a famous street food that consists of smashed potato patties (aloo tikkis) topped with yogurt, chutneys, chopped onions, and spices.

Aloo Tikki Chaat is filling and appetising snack. It is an alternate to the famous channa chaats served for iftars. Hot and crispy aloo tikkis, when served with some of the most delicious toppings such as tamarind chutney, green chutney, sev, curd, finely chopped onions, pomegranate seeds, and various other aromatic spices, is the most flavourful dish you can ever have for your iftar table.

You can prepare these aloo tikkis well ahead in advance and freeze them. Use it whenever you require it. Also use the same tikkis as for vegetarian burgers.
If you also make it at home, try my version of this lip-smacking Tikki Chaat, which will surely satisfy your taste buds.
