For rabdi kheer boil milk till 3/4. Fry sevai to golden add to rabdi add sugar and cook till soft.
Add cardmum powder and dry fruits chopped mix it and keep aside till needed. - 2
For mango pudding, blend mango pulp and kesar to smoothly.
mix corn flour,sugar,milk powder and mix it well,cook it till thickens off the flame add mango kesar mixture mix it well. - 3
Mix it well till combine with all ingredients.

Now take serving bowls bottom layer with mango pudding mixture on that rabdi kheer layer and again layer with mango pudding mixture keep it fridge till set.

Top with chopped mango pieces and dry fruits chopped and serve/ enjoy.
