  • 4-5bhindi,1 cup curd, 2 t,spoon besan
  • 1" ginger,5-6 curry leaves
  • 2-3green chilies
  • 1/4 t.spoon. haldi piwder, salt as require,1 t. spoon. sugar
  • 1 t.spoon. ghee,1/2 t. spoon. jeera

    Chop green chilies, grate ginger, chop bhindi

    In kadai add ghee, jeera. Add bhindi. Saute it.Add curry leaves, chilies.

    Whisk curd with besan & some water. Add haldi powder

    Pour it in kadai. Stir it. Add sugar, salt. Adjust thickness.Garnish with coriander.
