Corn & black bean salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 cancorn
  2. 1 canblack beans
  3. 1/2red onion, diced
  4. 1/2red pepper diced
  5. 1 tspolive oil
  6. Plain hot sauce to taste (I used Goya)
  7. 2 tspcumin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Drain canned corn, put into bowl. Place black beans into bowl. Add red onion,red pepper, olive oil, cumin & hot sauce. Mix. Taste to see if you want to add more hot sauce or more cumin. Refrigerate for at-least an hour before serving. You could also use 1/2 a bag of frozen corn.
