Blend the coconut scrap with green chillies. Now in a pan add 1/2tsp butter and coconut paste. Add water and bring to a boil

Add raw mangoes, salt and jaggery powder. And boil for another 10mts

Now for the tempering, heat another 1/2tsp butter, add urad chana dals and curry leaves. When it starts spluttering add to the soup. Serve hot with steamed rice
