Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Sift your flour in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix everything together. Knead the dough for 2-4mins to form a soft/smooth dough.

Cover and keep in a warm place. Allow it to rise for 30mins or more until it doubles its size.

Deflate the dough. Knead it and roll out on a floured surface. Use your doughnut cutter to cut out the dough to your desired shape. Let it proof for some minutes.

Fry on medium heat until golden brown. Once they're cool enough, serve and enjoy.
