Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Whisk Eggs, Sugar and Plant Butter until well combined.

Whisk in the Gluten-free Flour, Baking Powder and Salt until well combined.

Whisk in the Almond Milk and Vanilla Essence until well combined. This is a very thin batter.

Place the batter in a prepared baking pan.

Sift over a layer of Cinnamon Powder.

Bake for 40 minutes. You can serve it hot or cold.
