These are so tasty and kid’s friendly pizza cups. I mostly make them for my niece but all my family wants to enjoy these at tea time 🫖
So 1 batch I make and store for my niece’s lunchbox and the rest we enjoy with tea 😋😋😍
Specially it’s easy to make when you have stored some cooked chicken chunks in freezer already.
I use store bought pizza sauce usually and fill up quickly with my leftover chicken chunks and freshly chopped veggies of choice.

My niece doesn’t want any veggies though,, so I put whatever she wants.

Prep time: 30 mins| bake time: 10-13 mins

For dough:
Dough
Dough for soft buns, sliders, dinner rolls
For chicken:
Chicken chunks (make ahead)
Grilled Chicken for Sandwiches/Shawarma/ Salads
Some chopped tomatoes
Some chopped onion
Some chopped capsicum
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
for topping
Black olives
Mixed Italian herbs to sprinkle
Chilli flakes

Steps

Prep time: 30 mins| bake time: 10-13 mins

When the dough rises, flatten it and cut out the desired size according to the muffin cup. Fill up all the cups with dough.

Now brush some pizza sauce in it and add the filling of your choice (chicken chunks and veggies) and cover with cheese.

Now do the topping of your choice.

Bake in preheated oven for about 10-12 mins or until the top is golden.

Enjoy at tea time or you can store it in air tight container for kids lunchbox.
