Ingredients

  • 250 gmmaida
  • 1 tbspAjwain
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspGhee for moyan
  • Oil for deep fry

  1. 1

    To make a dough mix the Maida with 2tbsp ghee,salt,ajawain and water.

    Make balls from it. Now roll the balls like chapati.

    Cut them in strips in between.

    Now deep fry them until it become golden brown and crisps

  5. 5

    Saulty sankhe is ready to serve enjoy them with a cup of tea
