I made this in a slow cooker but you can make it in a pot. Personally did this one in the slow cooker so that the smell can permeate the house and make my neighbours jealous 😏😊😂

I made this in a slow cooker but you can make it in a pot. Personally did this one in the slow cooker so that the smell can permeate the house and make my neighbours jealous 😏😊😂

Brown your lamb then set aside or place in slow cooker.

Cook cloves, onion and chilli till onion is translucent in the same pot you browned your meat in (don’t wash the pot). Once translucent add paste, Tumeric, cumin, coriander, chilli powder and masala. Cool this on low for 3 minutes and do not burn it.

Place this into slow cooker with a splash of water and Worcestershire sauce. If cooking in the pot keep in the pot and add the meat with a splash of water and the sauce.

Add in your potatoes and peppers, mix together and cook till potatoes are soft then add your stock and allow to cook for another 10 minutes.

Mix your thickening agent (gravy/soup) with water then put into pot or slow cooker. Once it is the right consistency for you, you’re done 😋.
Serve with rice or idombolo
