Many people think that making soufflé pancake is hard work. but if you follow the right procedure it doesn't have to be!
Steps

Separate egg yolk and egg white. make sure your egg white bowl is very clean and no oil is in it to be able to make perfect merigue.

In the yolk bowl, add vanilla, milk, and mix well

Now add /sift flour and baking powder and mix them well.

Lets make meringue now. in the bowl with egg whites, take your beater and start whipping, add 1 tbsp sugar at a time, mix and add another tbsp of sugar until you add 3 tbsp of sugar. mix until stiff peak forms.

Now you can mix both yolk mixture and meringue together. Best to take a small amount of yolk mixture mix with the meringue and then pour the whole into the egg yolk mixture. mix with spatula very soflty.

Heat your pan on a low flame for sometime. when its hot, add your oil and smoothen the surface with a tissue or a brush. now take an ice cream scoop and add your pancake mixture carefully. you can double once the added scoop is slightly settled in the pan to make a bigger fluffy pancake. Add all and then add tiny amount of water for steam. and cover the pan completely, come back 3-5 mins later and flip carefully. have patience and do it on a low flame so its completely cooked

You should now have fluffiest and softest pancakes. Enjoy them with butter and fruits and drizzle some icing sugar on top!
