Steps

Combine well all the ingredients except water. Add a little water at a time to make dough like for parathas (little softer than for chopda bhakhri). Cover and rest it for 5-10min.

Pour 1 tsp oil and knead the dough till smooth. Roll medium thin roti using dusting.

Cook it on tawa using oil. Serve with tea and achar.
