I came up with this recipe when I was figuring out a pork dish to pack in bentos!
Also tastes good with different fillings like green onions, kimchi, and spinach. Please try wrapping all sorts of ingredients☆

Steps

Spread out each of the pork slices. Cut into just the right size to place the cheese on top.

Place the cheese on top of the meat. Top with takana pickles.

Wrap them up.

Coat the meat wraps evenly with flour.

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Align the meat. Cover the pan and cook both sides. Make sure not to burn.

When both sides are browned, add soy sauce and mirin. Mix the meat with the sauce to finish.☆
