Preheat the pan over the low heat. About 150°C.

Whisk the Egg Yolks, Almond Milk, and Vanilla Essence in a large bowl.

Mix the Flour and Baking Powder into the egg mixture until combined.

Whisk the Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar until the stiff peaks. Adding in the Sugar gradually.

Mix a quarter of the meringue to the egg mixture. Gently fold the remaining meringue to the egg mixture.

Spray the pan with non-stick spray.

Spoon the pancake batter onto the heated pan and cover with a lid. Do not lift the lid.

Bake them for around 4 minutes until golden brown.

Gently flip and cover with a lid bake them around 3 minutes until golgen brown.

Enjoy with your favorite topping.
