This evening, I'm offering you my new chicken dish with onions and white wine. It's incredibly tender, delicate, and creamy. A delicious, easy, and super quick dinner-saving recipe.......
Cooking Instructions

Coat the chicken slices in flour with a little salt.

Peel the onions, slice them, and place them in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, cook, and then set aside.

In the same pan where you cooked the onions, add a drizzle of olive oil, place the floured chicken, and cook on both sides. Then set aside.

Adjust the salt, pour in the wine, and after a few minutes, add the onions and pour in the water.

Cover with the lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy this wonderful dish for those who love onions as much as I do.
