Ingredients

40 Pieces
  • 40Chicken Wings
  • 6 clovesGarlic
  • 6 slicesGinger
  • 4Spring Onion
  • 1Chinese Spice Pouch
  • Few pieces of Bay Leaves
  • 150 mlDark soy sauce
  • 150 mllight soy sauce
  • 50 mlchinese cook wine
  • 25 gRock Sugar
  • 1 teaspoonsesame sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients into a pot

  2. 2

    Add water until it almost covers the ingredients and boil

  3. 3

    Turn to low heat and continue to cook for 30 mins with lid on

  4. 4

    Add boiled eggs and pan fried tofu

  5. 5

    Allow it to rest for at least 1 hours with lid on
